You can cancel your appointment by:
- Completing the form below
- Calling the practice on 01642 745800, selecting opton 2 for "appointments" and then option 1 for "cancel an appointment"
- Through the NHS App
If you do not cancel your appointment you will recieve a 'Did not attend' text message. If you do not attend on multiple occasions, you may be removed from the practice.
You should call 111 when:
- you think you need to go to A&E or to another NHS urgent care service
- your GP surgery is closed and you need healthcare advice
- you don’t know who to call for medical help.
Call 999 for life threatening emergencies such as:
- Major accident or trauma
- Severe breathlessness
- Severe bleeding
- Loss of consciousness
- Severe chest pain

Non-urgent advice: Urgent Appointments
If you think you need to be seen urgently, please call the practice.
You will be added to the telephone triage list. A doctor will make contact with you by telephone and if deemed necessary a face to face appointment will be arranged.
Non-urgent advice: Home visits
Please call the practice on 01642 745800 and select option 1. Please try and request a home visit as early as possible in the day. The doctor will telephone the patient before the home visit is guarunteed. Home visits are only appropriate for patients who cannot attend the surgery in person.

We have a limited number of routine appointments with Doctors you can book through the NHS App.
If there are no appointments available on the app, please call us on 01642 745800 to make an appointment.
